Getting Error: Unable to run on configured web development server

I have installed Visual studio 2012 and IIS 7 on Windows 7 Ultimate version. I'm getting error message 'Unable to run on configured Development Web Server' and 'Unable to run on IIS express' when I tried to run a web application from VS2012. If any one

knows how to resolve it please tell me.
