Administrators AWS Posted March 2, 2013 Administrators Posted March 2, 2013 I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS. It is supposed to come with a sniping screen capture tool. Unfortunately, it is not in my system. It is in my wife's computer which also has Windows 7 Home Premium.Is the application available from Microsoft to download & install.
