'Why can't I get into my Contacts lists?

[AWS]

1. I operate with Firefox and I eliminated cookies.
   
2. Now I enter to my Hotmail box, but I cannot access my e-mail contacts as i did yesterday!
   
3. I have done 2 system restore but to no avail.
   
4. I am not good at the computer, need some help!
