Cannot use my Vista to play older pc games(Fly! a 1999 version from Terminal Velocity)

Hello there, I have not been able to play a PC game named: Fly ! from Terminal Velocity a 1999 edition, I have tried many things sugested by other websites like: ckliking properties on the game icon and Compatibility tab and change to compatibility mode

to earlier windowas versions and also to change setting and or priviledges levels but still not working and this is what it says: MICROSOFT WINDOWS : FLY ! HAS STPPOED WORKING A PROBLEM CAUSE THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY WINDOWS WILL CLOSE THE PROGRAM

AND NOTITY YOU IF A SOLUTION IS AVAILABLE...

I dont see no notifications no where any ways the thing is that I have not been able to play this game Can any one guide me in what else to do?
