The website has encountered a problem and cannot access the server 0x80090008

[AWS]

When trying to access MS update I get the following message. I also get the same message when trying to install FIX IT. My OS XP sp3.

I had problems with my system and reinstalled XP and also SP3. I understand I may need to do a Clean Boot. I need some help on fixing this problem.
