Getting windows stop error in the boot file \Boot\BCD with error code 0xc0000102

Hi,

 

I am getting windows boot error in the file BootBCD with error code 0xc0000102. This happened while installing Windows 7 SP1. I am not able to boot from CD Drive as well.

 

Please help me.
