Is it possible to download an image (.iso) of the OS from the support website from Microsoft?

As I have already purchased the computer with the OS installed on it, and apparently I haven't been given any OS CD with it. But I do have the Product ID on the computer.. is there any way where I could get a .iso copy of my OS from Microsoft's website?Thanks!
