win 7 64 bit update repair error 8007370b

after a very long time and repeated efforts to correct error 8007370B for win7 64bit have found no satisfactory resulotion

1. installed and ran windows update repair--reported sucess

2. ran MS Fix -- also reported sucess

3. found what I believed was to be the suppose to be a hot fix for his version issue kbkb947821 install was sucessful

4. disabled firewall antivirus as added precausion.

 

Still no remedy
