Missing Update History

[AWS]

I know there are other threads on this but they're all a bit confusing so I've tried to simplify my questions.

 

I have 248 updates in the "Installed Updates" list but only the 35 most recent ones in "Update History".

Does it Matter?

Check for Updates says there are none.

Am I complete and up to date?

I don't want to try to get the History list back if I don't need to.
