Installation failed "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 and

Windows update has tried repeatedly to install these updates and each time it has failed:

 

Windows XP Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB2789643)

 

Windows XP Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86 (KB2789642)

 

 

What should be done to fix this problem?
