had virus it was fixed and then the probs started can't recover or factory restore cause my son rel

of it. rebooted and a box at top of screen said ....setting up personal settings for DLL32IEDICCS32.DLL Brandle 4 sign up

On start up next morning it saidNetwork discovery is turned off. Said Zemana was created on 3/2/13 but my computer would not let me access anything so how did I create this? also said c:userstestapp data roamingmeridian93roaming- unavailable location

said file system corruption on OS© Windows cannnot check for definition up date due to error code ox80072efd.

 

My son then installed my OS disc on top of everything else and now I can't do anything cause it keeps telling me I have no disc space left.. Did a scan and it said my sm bus controller drive is missing so I went to dell site to download driver but was aborted

half way through due to no disc space. I have no clue what to do and hope you can help me in easy terms as I am not real computer literate. TY
