I HAVE WIN 7 PRO, 64 ED, WOULD UPGRADE TO ULTRA 64 BE WISE?

I have been using Windows 7 Pro which came with my Dell laptop, what benefits, if any, could I get from upgrading to Ultra 64 ed??
