After upgrading from Vista Home to Windows 7 Ultimate, no problem connecting to internet when logged

After upgrading from Vista Home to Windows 7 Ultimate, no problem connecting to internet when logged in as Administrator,

 

but cannot connect to internet using standard account. I have the newest version of Explorer.

How do I fix that?
