i have over 50 programs running on my pc i don't know what to turn off , slowing pc down considerabl

Im at my wits end, I have over 60 processes running on my pc and all i want the pc for is mainly , World of WArcraft. It is slowing my performance in the game... Having tremendous lag .. I would turn some of the processes off but not sure which ones to

turn off even when i hide all microsoft processes, and im sure some of those microsoft programs are slowing my game down and the pc too. Please help. Plus to put the icing on the cake i can't seem to turn windows update on , can you help me please.
