Frozen installation of Czech language pack

Hello! I'm trying to install a (Czech) language pack onto my Windows 8, but the installation has totally frozen. So far, it says:

 

'Initialising installation... done!

Installing Czech Language Pack - Windows 8 for x64-based Systems - (KB2607607) [cs-CZ_LP] (update 1 of 1)... ',

 

It has been stuck on this stage for twenty minutes without any sign of life. What do I do?
