I keep getting the same microsoft updates offered even though they show as correctly installed

I keep getting the same two Security update for Windows Vista (KB2676562) &amp (KB2799494) offered as important updates, I install the updates which show as correctly installed in the update history, but then within a couple of minutes the same two updates

are offered again, this happens over and over again with the same updates.
