Can I change a local users profile to a domain profile

I have about 30 users on Windows 7 home don't ask why they are on home but this is what i was throw into. I am going to upgrade them to Windows 7 Ultimate. Is there a way I can take the local profile and carry it over onto the domain. I want everything

to be the same just have them on the domain?
