Installing update 14 of 14

[AWS]

I have the install stuck at 14 of 14 for hours now

Why I'd there no warning re timeframe and other than waiting do I tell if its stalled crashed or running ok

I'm on windows pro 8 have a cable modem reasonable computer i970 12 gb ram etc
