can not print PDF file, permission denied, for passport application?

I am trying to print a DS 82 to use an online passsport renewal application. When I get to the print part it denies me saying I don't have permission to print this page. ANy tips? It is my computer, and I have gone through security sections in control

panel. I am using Windows 7 Pro
