Administrators AWS Posted March 14, 2013 Administrators Posted March 14, 2013 okay so apparently there was a recent update for windows 7. well my laptop restarted for this update but when i booted it up again it wouldnt get past the windows is starting screen. i have tried everything possible to fix this with zero results. i went to the advanced options using f8 and tried everything there. when i attempted a system restore i got an error messgae saying it couldnt be completed. when i did the start up repair it said it was looking for errors on my drive and that it would take over an hour. 2 and half hours later it was still at that screen. my last opeion was to run in safe mode with networking. as soon as i logged in i got stuck at the welcome screen. i really dont know what else to do and i cant afford to reinstall windows 7 because i have files on there that i need for school and work.
