Original title: problem updating Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and upgrade to Service Pack 2

I got Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1, system type - X86-based PC, 32-bit operating systemGetting this error code on update to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1:

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86Installation date: ‎3/‎14/‎2013 6:18 PMInstallation status: FailedError details: Code 800B0100Also getting this error when trying to upgrade from service pack 1 to service pack 2:Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (KB948465)Installation date: ‎3/‎14/‎2013 10:38 AMInstallation status: FailedError details: Code 800706BEPLEASE HELP!!!
