How do I disable the laguage pack options in windows update for win 7

I have Installed service pack 1 for windows 7 ultimate and after doing an update check I know have the options for Installing 35 language updates every time I log on to Win updates, very annoying when I don't require them.

How do I stop them from being shown every time as an available update on my computer?
