Can I delete empty folders starting with: Kernel_0_0_...... ?

I used a free "delete empty folders" program, which came up with thousands of empty folders (directories..? ... is that the same?)

I try to be very careful with deleting things, since I read that even empty folders are sometimes important - unless they replace themselves...?

I know empty folders don't use much space, but there are thousands and I like to keep clean house.

 

The program deleted into recycle bin. There I noticed several folders:

 

- Kernel_0_0_cab_17c59e61 (in blue)

and

- NonCritical_x64_17efdafabf919724d433fb9938979f62e947f_16119877 (in blue)

 

I got scared and wanted to restore these, but can't: file name is too long or path is to long

 

• What can I do? Should I be worried to restore them (and how) or just delete them?

I've noticed no performance issues - everything works fine up to now

 

• The program I have now is "Remove Empty Folders" - it differentiates between empty folder that should not be touched and others that can be.

Are there any guidelines?
