Task Bar Not Showing Task Bar Program Colors

When hovering over programs in the task bar aren't they supposed to have a program specific color? For example when hovering over Firefox it shows orange. I don't see any color behind the programs in the task bar anymore. Why would it be doing this? Is

it part of a new update?
