Is it ok to run SFC Scannow several times with in days of each other?

Vista Home Premium 32 bit

Like if you ran it and then ran it 2 days later. Does the running of it so close to the last time mess things up?

Also does it sometimes erronously indicate that files are not fixed, when they actually are fixed?

Do you have to reboot twice after running SFC /scannow?
