Can kb2621440 be installed after kb2667402 or does it supersede the other?

Windows 2008 R2 server has ms12-20 vulnerability.Recommendation is to installed kb2621440 patch.Hotfix kb2667402 was installed already and it is believed that it supercedes kb2621440 for this vulnerability.Does it supercede the previous patch?Can kb2621440 be installed after kb2667402 has been installed?Does the ms12-20 vulnerability remain if only kb2667402 is installed?
