Where can I get a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium...I still have my access key, but no CD

I have a Lenovo B570 that came pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium.Lately, things have started to act strange....and some programs are stopping to operate.I ran the FIX program, but it was unable to fix things.I tried to `Recover`with a previous system restore point, but that did not resolve anything.So, I have my Product Key,,,,but not the software.Can anyone point me in the right direction?
