エラー　80040301 を解決したい

ファイルの履歴の場所を作りたいのですがどのドライブ（ネットワークのドライブを含めて）も利用不可です。Windows 7のバックアップが有ること表示されるのですがそれを受け入れても拒否しても利用不可になります。履歴のドライブ（ファイル）の作成の仕方を教えてください。 View the thread
