Co Processor driver

In my device manager it says I need a coprocessor driver.

 

 

I have a M3N78-VM Motherboard running 64 bit windows 7, I have tried the manufacture site and no results.

I am not sure what the coprocessor is or does on this motherboard.

 

If anyone can help with an answer I would greatly appreciate it.
