Update of Windows file and explorers, such as IE, GC, FF get stuck & can't scroll after some time.

My windows 7, bit 32 is not updating some files. same time, it cann't run any internet explorer, such IE, google chrome, firefox, etc. After some time these explores get stucked and cann't be scrolled even up or down. What would be the possible reason

and how to ractify this issue, it has created a lot of problems.
