Microsoft Windows group of updates does not display

I need to uninstall a windows update but it is not showing under control panel/programs and features/view installed updates. In fact I do not see the entire category for Microsoft Windows updates. Can see categories for .NET, Office, Silverlight. I can

see under Event Viewer that a particular update I am looking for was installed.

 

 

Windows 7 32 bit OS. Is there any other way to uninstall a windows update or a way to get category to show so I can see all of the updates
