Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB982168)

I am able to install other microsoft updates but not this one.

I tried several times and am unsuccessful. Do i need this update for my computer?

I have Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3

Please help
