Was out of town...returned to find my Outlook 2010 completely unconfigured. Had to reconfigure email account as though new user. Fortunately, previous Outlook file was available for reload.

 

Also found Skype, completely unconfigured.

 

My family pleads innocent.

 

Only (likely) culprit, single automated update: KB2807986, installed 3/26, (yesterday from this post).

 

So far, haven't found anything else out of order...and was able to reconfigure Outlook and Skype.

 

Very curious.
