Trouble loading SAMSUNG touchpad update?? When I click on update now----then after a few second I ge

Can't figure out why each time I try to update the SAMSUNG touchpad update I get this screen---Please try again after you check Network Status. I have checked every thing that I know to check (not a computer I T ) I use VERIZON MiFi (secure) hotspot and

this is the first time for the screen alert check network status??? Any detailed help would be a great HELP.
