Windows Media Player version 11.0.6001.7010 running with Vista. Having problems with auto sync backup of music.

Backup only taking across those songs/albums which also appear in Personal Playlists. Ignores all the rest of the music/media showing in Windows Media Player. Also, where there are additional tracks from the same album which do not appear in a Personal Playlist,

it ignores these additional tracks (i.e. it'll take 2 from an album but ignore the other 10). Has only started to happen in last 2-3 weeks.

Previously, when I set up Sync Partnership, there were options in the "Sync Playlists" view on Device Set Up, such as "All Music" "All Pictures" "5* rated music" etc etc. None of these now showing as available. Am only offered my Personal Playlists. Any solutions?
