A New Folder is created in Desktop when ever we log in into Windows?

A New Folder is created in Desktop when ever we log in into Windows. When we try to Delete by log in as admin also we get the same problem. When we try to delete the folder it says access denied and we are not able to create any new folder in the desktop.

Please help on this issue.
