I had a web site that worked while using IE9. Now with IE 10 this website is stating that I need a J

Before IE 10 update was installed automatically I was able to access a link with no problem. Now with IE 10 the link gives me a message that I need or missing a Java Script to open it. I erased the update once and now I can not undo this update.
