BIOS recognizes SSD as 120GB, Windows 7 recognized SSD as 111.8GB on the same computer

This is a new install of Windows 7 on a Samsung SSD 840, 120GB. The BIOS recognizes the SSD as 120GB, BUT Windows 7 recognizes the same SSD as a 111.8GB How do I tell windows to recognize the full 120GB. Thanks for helping. JB. View the thread
