Administrators AWS Posted April 11, 2013 Administrators Posted April 11, 2013 I tried shut down computer as had updates to install, it started to install updates i left room for couple minutes and when i came back the laptop had not shut down, the main screen was showing so i tried to shut it down again and it is not doing anything it just has the update sign on the shut down button, even when i close the laptop when i open it main screen comes on without even asking for my password. i have tried troubleshooting but that just running and cant shut that down either, but i can use internet without a problem and i have also run security checks with macaffe and they have all come back ok. have also left battery run out but when i turn it back on it automatically continues with system resume and still does not ask for password. please help, thank you.
