Everything on computer wiped out after most recent Windows update.

Logged on to computer this morning. April, 11 2013.All logs, photos, documents, everything. Wiped from computer.Log in screen seems to be accepting password for my one i.d. on this computer.Yet after entering log in pw. No computer data or history.Now what?Thanks,Ken
