Problem replying to emails with multple addressees (sender and several CCs)

With Windows Live I could forward/reply to an email with multiple addressees in the sender/cc box by clicking on Rely All in task bar. With Windows Live Mail (2012) it appears that I can only reply to the sender and not to &quotall&quot.....is there a way to do

this in Windows Live Mail..??
