chkdsk running on every startup after installing updates after 4/9/13

This has happened in my office, after installing the updates from last Tuesday (4/9/13) Windows flags the drive as dirty and runs a chkdsk on every start-up. i let it run completely and it still leaves it flagged as dirty. I manually scheduled a chkdsk

and after restart it ran two, the auto one and then my scheduled one anyone else having these issues?
