se corta con el messaje de rendimiento alto

Mientras estoy utilisando el ordinador se corta solo y norton poco antes me envia un messaje de rendimiento alto etc... vuelvo a reiniciarlo y a veces me pide una restauracion sistema o arranqua normalmente
