NotePad comes up every time I start my computer.

Hi,

For the last couple of days every time I start up my computer NotePad starts up.

 

The title on it is short - Notepad. I have searched every file for a note titled short. No luck. I have tried restoring NotePad to a previous time &amp that did not help.

It is very annoying !!! Any ideas ??????????
