the same 5 updates keep repeating install on every shutdown

I am running a window 7, this happen on the new April update, these same 5 important update keep repeating install on every shutdown. it happen 6x now....

what happen??? is my laptop's problem or Microsoft's problem?

 

Now I have to check off the update setting to bypass this.
