I successfully installed SP1 but my computer doesn't see it an keeps asking me to install it in Upda

I had to reinstall Windows Vista and complete the necessary Windows Updates so I could upgrade to 7. I've installed everything including SP1 according to the installed updates window. My computer will not recognize that SP1 is installed and won't let me

upgrade to 7.
