do i have to install optional updates, i have 3 of them and don't know if i should install them

I have 3 optional updates they are 1. advanced micro devices inc. graphics adapter wddm1.2-amd radeon hd 7300 series 2. amd-storage controller-amd sata graphics controller 3.ralink technology, corp.wlan-ralink rt 539or 802.11 ban wifi adapter am I suppose

to install all of them
