Trying to update windows getting message that the window is not available for updates?

Anyone know what the problem may be, I have defragged, cleaned, disk check, I am running Google Chrome and my games are also effected with very slugish runs and total disconnections.

 

The Sites are requiring that I run Windows Updates however, the updates will not come due to "the page requested is not available, I am running Windows XP (older version) have updated drivers, and cleaned registry...still running the same. Like molasas.

Dont have any money unemployed, please help.
