error 1053 print spooling problem I talked to HP and they said I would need to do a system restore

I have read a few fixes and haven't seen the right thing. I tried a download from microsoft that fixed the problem untill I had to reboot my computer.

I have windows 7 running on a Hp touchsmart desktop computer. I just installed an Hp officejet 8600 printer
