Running Precision M70, just upgraded to Windows 7, now my sound driver won't work.

Yesterday I upgraded my laptop Precision M70 from Windows XP, to Windows 7. But it seems my sound driver isn't compatible with Windows 7. I checked at the site of my computer manufacturer, Dell.com for a update. But none of the drivers for audio they

have support Windows 7. Is there a way to fix this?
